Living the "Christian Life"

Living the "Christian Life" is when it's not about me anymore. It's Christ living in me, through me, and as me. It's a one life. His life manifesting it's self as me, and you. I'm not saying that me "Dave" is God, far from it. It’s God showing Himself to the world through me. That's really the amazing part. He is using me to glorify Himself.

It’s such a freeing experience. It’s not about me anymore. When I’m attacked it’s not me being attacked. When I’m praised it’s also not me being praised. I just contain the One who is worthy of the praise. It’s about giving God His due and He is due everything.

It’s living in the now, but not of this world. In my weakness is His strength. It’s total and absolute freedom. Its Colossians 1:27, “to whom God willed to make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.”
